Please consider the effects Great Lakes Basin Rail Line will have on the water drainage In south Porter County, IN. The train will disrupt the water that drains south from Division Road to the NIPSCO power plant in Wheatfield, IN. This means not only higher prices for over 1 million NIPSCO customers but disrupts the watersheds in the area. This is a high price to pay for us. Thank you, Maria Shook
