As a teacher at Morgan Township Elementary I am very concerned that 110 trains per day passing by so near to the school will have negative impacts on student learning. The nearly constant noise & vibration will affect student learning. Because every child deserves to have access to good education I feel that placing heavily used track so close to a school is not a good choice.
