I am concerned about the safety issues that will come from the building of this new railroad. Some roads will be dead ends and buses, ambulances, emt's and fire equipment will have difficulties reaching certain areas. And who will train our first responders on train derailments and chemical clean ups? It will also cause the farm and home values to decrease. Who will also be responsibile for the cost of clean ups. Small town volunteer forces are unable to foot the bill. Please consider every aspect of this PRIVATELY owned railroad.
