Please finally adopt the European model on any new railway construction of non interference with pedestrian or vehicular traffic by insisting that any new track construction be above or below (better) current surface traffic. If in a ditch below, it would have the added benefit of containing any spills or other accidents. This should be our new standard. P. Maurer
