A private rail to save the few some shipping time at the expense of so many is appalling. To restrict safe crossing at country roads and safe passage for farmers to access their fields disregards everyday needs for many working people in the country. Every small detail of this rail idea should be inspected to ensure the safety and to limit the disruption in peoples lives that it will cause. This disruption will be there forever. That is why this board should take whatever time is needed, even if this means years, to do the right thing, for ALL people. thank you
