I am really concerned about the enviormental impact this GLB railroad will have on the farm ground along this route. I farm in LaSalle county IL, and I am concerned about the streams, ditches and creeks that will be altered on this route. When the natural flow of water is interrupted, flooding can occur. Large acres of soil will be compacted by the large equipment used on the project. Wildlife will also be affected by the disturbing of their natural habitat.
