That will be difficult. I may continually bombard you with emails and I'm sorry but our life and story is at stake. The proposed railroad, by a privately owned for-profit company, now having the possible ability to use eminent domain, will ruin our life's dream. We have 2 little boys and a puppy. We moved to the country for serenity and peace. Now, that could potentially be destroyed. We have RR tracks behind our house that could be utilized to perform the task proposed, but no, now we will destroy our life and our neighbors if this RR is approved. There are Safety concerns, Agricultural concerns, Water concerns, Soil concerns, Noise concerns, Economic concerns, Environmental concerns. The proposed RR would ruin family farms for miles and miles. Nurseries as well. Much more of course...... I won't burden you with any further details but will continue to contact you.
