Mr. David Navecky: I am writing to you with great concern, I just was made aware of the plans for the Great Lakes Basin Railroad to build a new rail line through my community in Clinton Wisconsin. This project will have many impacts on the community, specifically the environment in and around our town. The timing for the public scoping meeting is very aggressive, and quite frankly very short. Most of the people affected by this are farmers trying to get their crops in so that they are able to sustain not only their livelihood but also help feed a nation and world. I would like to request the deadline for comment on the scoping meeting be extended by a minimum of 90 days. This will allow myself and many other people in the community time to better research the impact this will have on our community Regards Travis London
