I am very concerned about the need for another railroad coming thru our county, LaPorte. It will go thru farm land that belongs to long existing families, cause numerous problems for traffic and for busses needing to transport kids over more tracks. We are NOT the cure for Chicago's problems. I resent that we should or need to be responsible to lessen congestion in Chicago. I happen to like my wide open spaces and not have to deal with Chicago...after all if I wanted to live in that I would or if I wanted to live near another RR track, I would have but I live in the country and I would like to see it stay that way! Thank you.
