I am writing because I am absolutely against tis railway. Another derailment this pat weekend...just 10 miles from the proposed site of GLB. Fortunately this train was not traveling at 70MPH with crude oil behind it. But it again brings up more questions of the environment, private wells and property value decline. As well as Mr. Pattons honesty...What business school teaches you to write a business plan that virtually everyone of your prospective market customers have said over and over they are not interested in this railway? Yet you are still willing to invest 7-8 Billion dollars ( with a B")in it? HONESTLY NOW ...What is the real agenda for the 200 foot easement for these tracks, and/or is really for a utility access that has ran into just as much opposition? Which brings even more environmental concerns! NO GLB RAILWAY or any other utility access, and NO EMININT DOMAIN at tax payers expense!"
