I'm local resident that is very concerned with the DE-valuation the RR will have on our home and land values. Being a realtor for the last 12 years in Rock County we experience on a daily basis what living near a RR does to the values. It makes homes very hard to sell due to loudness, safety and overall esthetics the RR does to the area near it. We are asking you to please due a study find the effects this proposal will have on land/home values in the area effected by this project. Thank-you for your time and consideration
