I am a citizen of Boone County IL and I am opposed to the Great Lakes Basin Railroad Project. I am concerned about the negative environmental impact this will have on the local community and farm land. A major concern that I have are chemical spills that can contaminate our groundwater supply as well as the surrounding farm land. Thank you, Kevin Perry
