[Valparaiso] The inclosed file shows the aquifer systems of Porter County, Indiana. It is in relation to an email I sent yesterday as the efiling system was experiencing difficulties. It appears that, as of this morning, the comments had not been updated I also feel that while GLBT has had five years to prepare for this project, the people in its path have only been given two weeks before the scoping meetings and only until June 15 to submit comments. I feel this tips the balance unfairly towards GLBT. I hope this file is helpful information for making a well thought out decision.
