I am writing to voice my objection to the proposed Great Lakes Basin Transportation Inc. new rail plan. The plan sounds like it is only proposed to bypass the Chicago hub and save the company time and money, while not considering the path of destruction it will lay on land and people affected by the rail line. It will drastically effect area farmland causing many soil and water issues, land locking farms and many other issues im sure we don't even know about yet, causing a huge decrease in production. What about the safety issues with the proposed plan so many trains at such high speeds will surely cause more accidents and loss of life. My route to work everyday will cross the proposed rail line in 2 different places. Those are a few concern i have i'm sure there are many other problems this plan will cause. I just wanted to list the few i thought of. Please don't allow this to go through. Thanks for your time Brad Brigham
