Mr. Dave Navecky, After the public scoping meetings in Lowell, Valparaiso and Wanatah opposing the new freight rail line, you and the other board members should have a pretty good idea of the percent of local government officials, school officials, fire and police officials, farmers and local residents who are opposed to this rail line. This should be an easy no vote.
