Dear Dave Navecky, I am writing to you to voice my concern regarding the GLB railroad this is proposed to come through Rock County. There are many natural water ways that they proposed route is cutting through. I am concerned about what this might do to the natural water system. Water drainage effects many aspect of the ecosystem. I am also concerned about what would happen to the many of private well systems that home owners have in place and the effect it would have on drinking water.
