I realize your decision isnt based on property values, but it should be. The reason why is, that if a train derails around Lowell that is carrying toxic chemicals, all of Lowells wells and ground water would be contaminated. The town of Lowell, its businesses and residents would be without water. Lowell would become a ghost town."
