[Monroe Center] Dear Dave Navecky and the Surface Transportation Board, We are writing to object to the GLB Transportation Line that is proposed coming through our area. I am concerned about its environmental affect on our area. It is proposed to go through a field behind our house that is notoriously wet. It is always the last field to dry each spring after rains. The water pattern runs diagonally behind our house. The proposed train route would run right through its drainage route. This could cause the drainage patterns to change. This could cause water to end up around our home instead of its normal drainage areas. This is a concern. We hope that you make a decision not only for our well-fair but also in the favor of all others who will have been affected by this project. Sincerely, Brian Hall
