As a Board member for the Lake County Soil and Water Conservation district, I am opposed to this location for the harm it could cause to the water resources of South Lake and Porter counties. The drainage tile system and conservation efforts of the farmers are at great risk with the destruction or damage that will be caused to field tiles, water ways and the natural drainage to the river. This area of rich farm land will be lost and will also increase the flooding threat. I am fearful of the impact it could have on the wildlife should just one accident occur. Thank you
