I am very concerned about the proposed rail line to come through Hebron. The potential of being land locked is high, considering the number of trains planned to travel on these rails. The ability to get to work, to school, and especially for emergency vehicles to get to hospitals is severely limited. The possibility of derailment threatens safety. The planned route threatens the economy of the area -- which is farming and livestock. I do not want the construction of this rail line to proceed.
