I am writing to express concern about the proposed railway that will directly impact my county, my city, my local school, and my own home. I am adamantly opposed to the building of this railway. It will present a negative impact on current transportation, safety, use of farm land, and recreation. IT will also negatively impact many biological and water resources, geology and soil in more ways than can be expounded in the space provided. IT will also negatively affect our current air quality and climate. I moved into Morgan Township for the open air, the quiet,the peacefulness - not the noise and pollution of a freight train. This track will be almost directly in front of my home and it is not welcome at all.
