(Docket # 35952) I oppose the project and ask that the STB deny the proposal. Here are my concerns: *top soil being moved and used to build flyovers of highways, bridges and other rail lines *drainage of excessive rainwater *field tiles being crushed by construction and affecting drainage *trees being cut down to make way for rail line *new erosion issues *loss of farmland due to compaction *ground water contamination due to derailment, leaking trains *clean up costs for such derailment, who is responsible *evacuations of towns due to derailments *cost to local fire departments for training to deal with haz mat and derailment *long term economic impact on small towns *decreased value of farmland and homes Thank you for your time.
