[Rochelle] Im very concern with the air pollution, noise pollution that another rail road will cause going through Ogle Co. Illinois. Beside whatever will be carried on this new" rail road. We already have plenty of rail roads through this area. we do not need another one. They can use the rail lines we already have. The destruction of farm land will be enormous. We have beautiful grass lands, farms, waterways and wildlife here. I would like for us to keep it. No more pollution."
