As a resident of Lowell Indiana with three children, my husband and I are against the proposed railway for several reasons: 1. The tracks will be too close to the schools. The amount of trains expected will make learning difficult (due to the noise) as well as being a safety issue for the children. 2. The frequent number of trains will impact travel, as well as accessibility to emergency vehicles. 3. Disruption of our way of life. Noise, pollution, destruction of farmland and homes. We do not forsee any advantages to this proposed railway and we do not want it. Thank You, Donna and Ray Breault
