Dear Mr. Navecky I live in Lowell and I have many strong concerns concerning the proposed rail line. The first of my concerns include public safety with as many as 113 trains per day this can only increase 1st res ponders response times and commute times to and from work. I have three childern which will all be affected by this rail because of increased travel times to and from school. One of my children attends a school which would be in close proximity to the proposed tracks. How are the childern to concentrate with trains roaring by all day, shaking the ground and blowing their horns. Our children's education and well being will certainly suffer.
