[Crown Point] The proposed rail line is proposed to pass through my family's farm. I am concerned that with this high speed rail many small communities will be put at risk due to limited road crossings. EMS services will have to take longer routs for people in need in the rural parts of surrounding communities. My parents are at risk due to old age and diminishing health. Another concern is that with changing the natural flow of surface run off water, this will cause flooding in areas that were not previously at risk.
