[Gardner] In the attached picture, the proposed GLB RR line is shown crossing Interstate 55, Old Route 66, the high speed Amtrak train track to Chicago, a frontage road and the access to Gorman Road from old Historic Route 66. This is crossing 7 lanes of traffic all at once. Is Mr. Patton proposing going OVER these routes? How dangerous would that be? How much approach from both sides would consume the farmland there, in order to span so much distance? What will this do to the drainage in the area? What is the danger to the daily commuter on these roads and on Amtrak with high train traffic volume daily overhead?
