Mr. Navecky, I am submitting a second comment because I forgot to mention one other important issue in my first correspondence. I believe there is another potentially large safety issue of the GLB railway proposal. The projected path also takes it on State property, The Westville Correctional Facility in LaPorte County, IN. Sometimes prisoners work outside of the perimeter of the electrified fence, and putting a railway there gives another opportunity for an escape route for a prisoner. To me, this is a safety issue for our entire community. Thank you for reading one more important concern that I have and my apologies for not including it in my first correspondence.
