The proposed Great Lakes Basin Rail project Docket no. FD 35952 as seen on the overlay comes within 150 feet of my house. I have concern regarding ground movement and noise. The house is 103 years old and not on a typical foundation as found today. The house is set on field rocks cemented together. The house also has a well for tap water and the normal residue run off from railrods is a concern. No city water is available. The access to the property is from State route 2. The grade crossing will have to go under or over State route 2. A bridge over will cut off access to my property without a frontage road. A bridge and the trains will also cut off the currently unobstructed views which is a major reason we purchased the house.I purchased this property in November 2015. I feel this project will devalue my investment substantially. It was also not disclosed that there was any projects of this scope in process.
