Dear Mr.Navecky: In total opposition of the above docket number, I would like to add a concern. An evacuation would require for me to leave my home. How would I take all my horses, I only have room to take three. There are 7. Plus where could I go with 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 birds and 7 horses? Thank you for your consideration.. I LOVE Porter County just the way it is!!!! Kim Westfall
