Please consider the safety of our school children when locating the proposed freight rail tracks and closing county roads. In Porter Twp. the K thru 3 Grade School is located just south of 100 S on 725 W, the 4th thru 8 grade is located on 550 S and the High School is located on State Rd 2 at 500 W. The buss barn is located adjacent to the school on 550 S. for all students. Please consider an alternate route for the project that would protect our children. Thank you
