I am asking you to deny GLB railroad permission to operate a rail line through Illinois, The project sounds like a money making deal for a handful of investors at the expense of hundreds of long time land owners. The route goes through some of the best farmland in the country and removes this land from the tax roles leaving the resident of the county to make up for the lose. It also reduces the property value of the property owners which is even less revenue for the county. The intended route goes directly through Shabbona Indian Reservation in Grundy county, close to burial grounds. Thank You, Ken Daggett
