[Lowell] We live down by the Kankakee River in Lake County, we have a daughter who is Moderately Mentally Handicapped and has Epilepsy. There are times when she has a seizure that she HAS to go to the hospital,with this railway wanting to go in, just how am i suppose to do this, with as many trains they are saying are going to run on these rails , i will have to wait a lot longer, if get across the tracks at all, this is a concern that i thought i would never have to think about,think about if it was your child, how would you feel about it, i really don't think whom ever wants to put this through as thought about the impact it would have on the lives of the people in the community, this is one of my concerns.
