Dear Mr. Navecky, Regarding doc #FD-35952-0: I am totally against the Great Lakes Basin Rail Line project. The impact on farms around the area will be extremely destructive. Farms will be cut in to smaller fields without any road access. Farming equipment will be too big to use in these smaller fields even if they can get access to the field. More farm equipment will be on major roads to get to the fields at all. What will become of the country roads that people use now instead of main highways. Will they be abandoned? Also, Rochelle, IL is in a basin and has always had standing water and drainage problems; Messing around with the drainage tiles to build this railroad would create an even BIGGER problem for us. In addition, I understand that this project is being proposed to decrease the delays at the Chicago terminals. Please don't let Chicago's problem become Rochelle's problem. Please stop this Great Lakes Basin Rail Line project from ruining Rochelle. Thank you. Kathleen Burke Rochelle resident cswkab@gmail.com 815-520-8407
