The proposed railroad will run right through our farm in section 19, Johnstown township Janesville, Wisconsin. This farm has natural springs that flow very heavy in wet years, just as in 2010. The water flows eastward right through the proposed rail tracks. The water continues to the Rock River. This is a huge environmental and safety issue. The water flowing will cause unstable rail beds. This will cause derailments; that will contaminate all our well water and affect people all the way to Janesville and the Rock River for many years. Thank your for your time to read my concern.
