Our family farm lies in the path of the proposed GLB train route. I will not refer to it as a railroad because it is just somebody's scheme to line their pockets with taxpayer's money. The proposed route passes through the most fertile cropland in the whole world and it is not something that can be recycled. Our rich black soil cannot be replaced once it is disturbed by gravel, steel, and concrete. I would also like to point out that a migration path for Whooping Cranes is in conjunction with the train route. If we allow this to happen, just imagine the people lining up to fulfill their legacies at the expense of our great nation. Thank you.
