I feel that this review process needs to be extended so we (the citizens affected) can have proper time to review such a complex proposal. I have great concerns regarding the environment, public safety and quality of life that will be impacted by this proposed rail line. Please extend this review process by at least 90 days and give us time to fully realize the impact to our community. I feel this will have grave consequences for our environment and public safety as well as the loss of the best farmland in the country!!
