My concerns with the proposed RR through NW IN. Closing of 2 roads would tremendously impact the farmers ability to get to the Malden Elevator. The close proximity to Morgan school could pose a big hazard along with noise and vibration issues. I believe it would have harmful effect on the creeks-streams and cause drainage problems. The at-grade crossings cannot be a good thing. It would greatly increase drive times, especially for school busses. thank you for taking these under consideration. Ken Grieger
