FD 35952 David, RE: Great Lakes Basin Railroad I would appreciate answers to the following questions related to the project mentioned above: 1. Am I correct in the fact that the Surface Transportation Board (STB) announced the dates and locations of the public scoping meetings (the first to be held on April 11, 2016) on March 18, 2016 via the STB's Decision Document? 2. Who at the Federal Department of Transportation oversees the actions of the STB? 3. Where can we get a definitive list of all the roadways that will be permanently closed as this list is critical to the comments that will be received from residents? Without this list, the comments will not be complete and the STB will not be in a position to make a decision that reflects all interested parties' concerns.
