It goes right through our farmland, as well as a lot of our neighbors' and friend's farmland. Our land has been in our family for quite a while now. It is not only how we make a living, but it is our livelihood and why we get up everyday. It is also very concerning the number of crossings that school buses and ambulances would have to cross to get to a school or hospital. That will in fact cost a life at some point. Imagine someone coming and taking something away from you that you have owned for a very long time. Not only taking it, but taking it for their own personal gain. Last I checked this is the land of the free and the home of the brave. It doesn't seem very free for people who will lose their land, nor brave of the people doing the taking. Just wanted to share some thoughts with you about how much this land means to it's owners, me included. It is a very passionate subject. I know that when the dust settles that the STB will do the right thing and not allow this to go through. Thank you, Ben Vowles
