[Great Lakes Basin Railroad (Docket #35952)] Mr. Navecky, I am a long-time resident of Paw Paw, IL and am very concerned about the impact of this railroad on my rural community. We are a tiny, isolated village without medical or police presence and are very dependent on our ability to drive to other larger towns for these services. Also, in the event of a catastrophic accident on this massive chemical-hauling rail line, the entire village would be destroyed before help could arrive. Thank you for your time.
