The Great Lakes Basin Railroad is a bad idea. This line will create a lot of noise pollution and would be bad for the many people held at the Sheridan Correctional Facility, in Sheridan Illinois, this track runs extremely close to the prison and would create an undesirable living environment for people who have no other place to go.
