Please oppose Great Lakes Basin Railroad's proposed new train line. This line would interfere with CREATE's plans that are already in place to solve rail congestion. CREATE is making the tracks safer and quicker, and all the GLB line does is move trains, it does not make the existing lines, that will still be in use safer, CREATE's plan does. GLB's plan could seriously limit CREATE's ability to complete it's goals.
