I have lived in Porter County, IN all of my 60 years and love and respect this farming community. I am very concerned about the implications the proposed railroad is going to have. Being a farmer I go to great lengths to take care of the land I have. I am concerned about pollution of the soil if there is a derailment. I feel that there will be a disruption of the water flow which will cause flooding and possible erosion issues. I am concerned for my family when we have emergencies that the first responders won't be able to come in a timely manner. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
