[clinton] Just in Rock county alone I have counted 11 fields Cut Diagonally 23 fields cut leaving a skinny long strip that will have to be worked and planted in one direction with more erosion very possible if on a hillS (ours is) 11 with cut corners 15 with small corners that will be highly un farmable because its small Un easy shape It crosses 19 roads It follows 14 fence rows but these may be dividing Farmers from other farm connected fields it crosses 23 water flows in fields that I could tell there are possibly many more depending on season or zooming in It crosses 2 larger creeks but alot of smaller streams that are hard to see unless while zoomed in I know 3 from bc townline clinton/ bradford to creek rd alone. I saw 9 wetlands they want to go under I 43 which is on a raised bed of limestone it is 2 lanes both directions the stability of the interstate could be compramised , 140 they say they will be having them go over them who pays to rebuild the road that has a drive and an intersection at it, they speak of hwy 14 will have to go over it there are 2 intersections in that area and a stream and it is a wetland area needing special drainage there are 86 homes that are close by and will need some sort of sound barier and protection for children grand children and the electric lines purposed must be high enough that all the farmers don't get killed useing augers on combines and grain wagons I know this is unsightly but if they have to invade us I don't want my fellow farmers to die an electrocution It will be hard if not possible for farmers to get to the devided farm areas drainage will be a problem saftey is a problem noise is problem this is only one county of the full route I feel it woul be a better use for this railway to take eminant domaine over a railroad that is un used or lowly used have them re build an existing track that has already taken the land from farmers dont take more Thank you for your time Melanie H-Waite
