Mark Melin 8608 E. Rye Dr. Clinton, WI 53525 Docket# 35952 Dear Mr. Navecky, As you know the GLBT project was shifted from the West side of Rock Co. to the East side in mid March. We have been trying to increase public awareness of the project only to find that in some townships many citizens as of April 5 were unaware of the GLBT project. In many cases the GLBT project would have a direct impact on their lives. Citizens are still in the discovery process. In an agricultural community the coming weeks will be one of the most labor intensive times of the year with Spring planting. Intentional or not this GLBT proposal could not have come at a worse time. There have been no public presentations from the GLBT. People have been blind sided by the proposal and need more time.. In all fairness please consider a 90 day extension of the Surface Transportation Board comment period. Best Regards, Mark Melin
