To whom it may concern, I am extremely disappointed that there are no public scoping meetings concerning the proposed Great Lakes Basin Rail project in Porter County, IN. A rail with 110 trains per day that cuts all the way across our county will have a huge and significant impact on our roads, our drainage, our farm industry, our emergency and safety services and the quality of life of our residents. It is grossly unfair that our residents have to travel out of county to make their voices heard. I hope you will reconsider and add a meeting in Porter County. Thank you.
