Please do not approved the proposed Great Lakes Basin Railroad. This plan will just be moving the existing train traffic to a new location and this mode of transportation relying on fossil fuels for fuel is becoming outdated. Most of Europe is moving to electric trains and we should be following suit and not simply moving existing trains to new tracks that will be outdated soon.
