[Monroe Center] Dear Dave Navecky, Look at the destruction being made on the Ogle County and Winnebago County line by the Rock River. If this is the path of least resistance then GLB Railroad does not value wild life and our countries natural resources. If this mile long stretch of trees are removed and a 200 ft path is allowed it could change the water drainage and flooding patterns of the Rock River. Needless to say, we just started seeing eagles making their homes in our area. For many years this was not the case. By allowing a train in the area many eagles will not choose to call that area their home. Please say no to the GLB Railroad. Boaters on the Rock River enjoy the wildlife and beauty of the trees along the Rock River. Thank you, Janet Hall
