[Lowell] We are land owners in the line of the proposed rail line. The major issue we have is they are going to be flooding our ground. The line is to go through our surface drainage in the field and then directly over our field tiles. We also get runoff water from the fields to the north of us and the rail line will block the flow of water and then flood us. Please do not allow this to happen !!
